This policy outlines iBall’ approach towards compliance with Applicable Data Privacy Laws and the procedural aspects in which iBall collects, uses, shares, secures, and discloses personal information, and on par with how the personal information is not utilized while using the products and services provided by iBall. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, requiring publication of rules, regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.iBall.co.in Website [Herein after referred to as “Website”]. We unequivocally state that we do not sell any personal information. Your data will be shared in accordance with this Privacy Policy and exclusively with parties dedicated to upholding strict confidentiality and security measures. DO NOT TRACK (DNT) REQUESTS

Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Your continued use of our products or services after the effective date of changes to the Privacy Policy will be deemed to be your agreement to the modified Privacy Policy. You will not receive email notification of minor changes to the Privacy Policy.  If our business is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
